my goal is to continue growing my knowledge & walking the walk while passing this knowledge along to others.

That is the way we create longevity! I teach the body how to be stable by putting it in unstable environments. Then I teach it to be mobile by returning the body to its natural function and full range of motion. Then I teach it to be strong By strategically putting progressive overload over time on the body. with these combined, we grow an unbreakable frame.
